Our team sensed that the hamburger navigation used in our app had reached its serviceable limit. Key features were undiscoverable to our carriers (trucker users) and scalability limitations obscured our growing product offering.

I conducted a design spike intended to provide my engineering partners with just enough detail to enable an an engineering feasibility spike. We wanted to better gauge what would be entailed if we were to prioritize the work for production. These slides are what I presented to the team.
